Been with in touch for 4 months now, start up was easy, telephone interviews were available when I wanted them and the explanation of the portal was excellent. Going forwards I can phone my account manager with a question, and so far the question has been answered every time there and then, even giving me the option of arranging a time for call back. No bad feed back from me.
