Very helpful indeed in selecting a couple of original paintings. There was some damage on one of the frames, and we were assured that within the price agreed the picture would be re-framed. Well packaged when we collected the re-framed picture the following week. Got it home to find it re-framed to such a level of quality and care that even the dents and scratches from the original frame were perfectly re-created and indistinguishable from the original! Not impressed...

I've been to Westborne three times and two of them I found myself drawn to Courtenay's. The gallery itself has a vibrant array of colourful pieces by a variety of artists. It's guaranteed to make anyone's rainey day seem brighter and who knows you may fall in love and take one home. If you are an artist look out for Josie Lee. Looking for help, guidance or inspiration? Josie Lee is the person to look out for, such a lovely lady and incredibly helpful. She has inspired and helped me to pursue my love of creating art.Not an artist but love art? Look out for Josie Lee or her colleagues all of whom are more than willing to guide you through the different artists and offer a frame change on any artworks you purchase.Overall the best gallery I've been to because it's the whole package. Great location, lovely store, helpful staff, and a incredible service. I always leave with a smile on my face!
Avoid having your passport/driving licence pictures taken there.Horrible experience and very rude man.8 for four rubbish pictures which went straight in the bin
