In a nutshell ? pampered pampered pampered. First timer in beauty saloon and I tired the pedicure. Result is amazing ! feeling is amazing ! staff is A-MA-ZING. I would recommend with no hesitation !
Visited this Salon on Saturday as were staying in Bournemouth for the weekend. Our hotel receptionist recommended it. I have to say this is a really fantastic Salon with helpful staff where nothing was to much trouble. We left feeling really relaxed and pampered. A big thank you to Louise and Brenda.
Visited the salon as it was recommended by the Hotel we were staying at. Not my normal type of business to visit but my wife wanted to treat us both to a massage. Really enjoyed the massage, with my wife saying it was the best massage she had experienced. Excellent thank you.
Visited this salon to spend some gift vouchers I received for Christmas. I booked in advance for a massage and pedicure. I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never visited the salon before, and arrived slightly stressed from a very busy morning. I have to say that the treatments were fantastic and the atmosphere just so relaxing. I had a really enjoyable experience and left feeling transformed. Thank you so much Louise and staff for providing such an enjoyable afternoon which made up for my bad start to the day. Highly recommended
Highly disturbed over the sexist policy on waxing.Cold reception, limited chatting to welcome customers, late to commence appointment and worst of all, refusal to offer a service on the basis I am male.Advertised on their menu is Hollywood waxing, however the lady that was due to wax my back explained it is a managerial directive that they are only to offer this service to ladies.This conversation was initiated because I asked if it was possible to have my bottom waxed and the waxing lady refused.So, in a nutshell females can have anything waxed but males can't.Sexist and wrong.
