They could have a waiting room for when is raining and cold. The buses are bit on time always and by the time you get on the bus you are wet or frozen

Good Day,we made a day trip to London on April 20, Very nice staff in the station in Bournemouth and friendly helpful bus drivers. On the way back we had a technical defect at the bus. Already after 15 minutes stood a spare vehicle ready and we have certainly come back. Norman (the bus driver) hopefully, too! Greetings from Germany. Martin and Linus
Minimal facilities. Toilets (closed at night). Short stay car parking for about 6 cars.
