Bobby is an absolute asset to your company. He took a genuine interest in my journey and why I needed the rental car as well as offering advice on which cars are best. Bobby made sure that I had the depot number and reassured me that I could call him if I needed anything.It's not often that you get such good customer service in a larger company as such I'll remember your company for the service and would definitely recommend.
I was welcomed by Bobby and paperwork was ready on my arrival.The processing of necessary data was carried out expediently and pleasantly.The car - a Mercedes, was clean and ready to go. Another helpful member of the team took time to go through the controls, not once but twice, I then drove off confidently.On return, Bobby and team recognised me and greeted me accordingly.All staff were professional, friendly and eminently courteous.
