Poor service and poor management. I went there with a rain water leak into my car. Received a phone call the same day saying they need to seal the door. I never thought it was by the door, so I asked them if they were sure it will resolve the problem, they said yes, so go ahead. I paid 100 and needed to come back after a week as the problem was the same. This time they said they will seal a hole close to the pedals, they did not charge but I needed to comeback the week after again. This time they said they need to dismantle the breaks as they need to see exactly where the hole is, and they will charge 190 + VAT. As my car is very old I thought it is not worthy, so I decide to do not do the job. However, I was expecting the reimburse of the 100 I paid the first day as it was paid for nothing, it was obviously the wrong diagnosis. The never reimburse the money and their allegations were based on the fact that find a leak is very difficult and they thought it was the door. Therefore, I lost 100 and my car is still leaking.

Had my car for over a week They fitted a 70 hose and then said the head gasket was gone so the car wasn't worth repairing! Charged me 120 inc VAT and labour for fitting a part on a car that's going to the scrapyard! Avoid these cowboys.
Very helpful and honest garage with good customer service. The lady on reception was very friendly which was nice compared to other garages I have been in . The mechanic I spoke to very helpful and nice too. Good price and they are honest about what needs doing. Would highly recommend
