Can't fault them. I'm surprised at some of the previous bad reviews. I've used these guys on a couple of occasions, both times I've taken my car in in quite a state. My car does many miles and I don't have the space to clean it myself. I usually (stupidly) leave it until it's very dirty before I decide to take it for a wash.On my most recent occasion there was dog hairs under the seats, stuck to the window, a few marks and stains on the seats. The car came back as if it it had just left the showroom (apart from the scratches I caused, oops). I usually go for the most expensive wash they do and I've never been disappointed. There is nothing they could improve, they wash the car impeccably every time. When I went to pay last time the guy taking the money said if they've missed anything to let them know immediately and they'd sort it straight away but they missed nothing. Very thorough job and I'll be back soon!
I took my wifes car to Castle Point car wash which was only because it was conveniently located within Castle Point. This was the only benefit, and due to the extremely poor customer service we are recommending that you do not waste your time like we did, and left the place feeling completely dissatisfied. Attempting to show a particularly dirty spot on the interior of our car, we were pushed out of the way and shouted at by the nephew of the owner (to our amazement) we reported the member of staff to the owner who didn't say anything apart from that the member of staff had been disciplined by him. We then returned to try our luck again and see if they could wash and clean our car properly. To our amazement, there was no sorry or apology or any compensation (maybe free wash or something) for the inconvenience, just denial by the owner and to our further amazement, he tried to charge us double for a full valet. At this point, enough was enough and I said that his business will have a lot of problems if he continues to run it this way, and instead of listening to the customer, he decided to become aggressive, and started swearing saying we should take our car and leave. This was during daytime business hours and with all the families and children present, we left not wanting to escalate the matter further because Castle Point is a family shopping complex and not the type of venue where swearing and shouting should take place. We did however think it necessary for future users of this so called car wash to be aware of how poor and unprofessional the service is at this place.Its one thing working with family, and its unnacceptable by anyones standards to allow staff that are family to abuse customers. Very unprofessional. But its also another thing that when a paying customer reports it to the owner that he protects and defends his family member, even when they are in the wrong. Denial usually means a sense of guilt, and in this case it looks like this is why we received such a disgraceful level of customer service...We are very dissappointed and do not recommend this car wash to anyone. Considering reporting this place to Trading Standards is an understatement. Do not waste your time paying for service you wont receive.

External wash was good, but sadly received an atrocious internal valet. At 23, 40% more then the previous excellent independent service, this is really poor value for money. Sorry to see the last one go. To be fair I was offered a free valet when I coma Ed, but I didn't have time to go back, and the service was on the morning of a big event. Let's hope things improve, but I won't go back.
