Considering how busy the junction is it works extremely well number of roads cross here and unbelievably the train track passes right underneath it as well

I live opposite this cemetery and it is very beautiful. However, I am only giving 2 stars because you used to be able to walk across the cemetery by entering or any leaving through the big gate on the corner of Charminster rd and Iddesleigj rd. but now this gate ( both the main and the side gate ) is locked with a padlock. Why is this?
