Went to the Coffee Shop/Restaurant on 3rd floor today for first time. Very clean and nice staff. I had a Cheese and Tomato Toasted Sandwich which was filling and tasty with a small cappuccino. From the window you can see the big wheel and the sea.
Awful customer service since after going into administration. I was unfortunate enough to return 2 tops on the day HOF went into administration on the 10th of August. After chasing and then waiting one month for the parcel to come back to me due to closed doors, I tried the Bournemouth store. I have gone in twice and called 7 times since September to return 2 tops and been told I could get a store voucher but theyre waiting on the specific vouchers to arrive from head office. To now today, after calling yet again, to be told that wasnt correct and they dont remember the conversation and cant do anything! What a waste of my time and complete incompetence it shows.
Its fine but not a full experience of house of Fraser. Seem to be very small and congested. I feel it could be better in outlook
Good department store, always seems clean, tidy and well presented. Prices can be a little higher but you're paying for good brands.
Lovely department store, very classic. I hope it does not close down. I love their cafe with views to the Gardens.
