Great place to be if you are a drunk or drugged driver.If you have just lost a limb or life to one of the above don't count on justice!The word "justice" should be removed from any association with UK courts.There is little, or none.
Be prepared to be bullied/threatened into pleading guilty by CPS. If you are in the cells expect to go thirsty, hungry, bullied/harassed whilst using the loo and your private and confidential paperwork rifled through. Your legal rights do not exist in this court.
Modern very clean well kept well organised and efficient
We are there regularly (as couriers...not offenders ) and the staff are always polite and helpfull
Still trying to get somebody to call me back. I only want copies of my certificate which I need to pay 45 for. Have sent all the information they requested by email to have the same lady send me the same email 3 times!! Last one telling me bmth office only holds records from 1977, so I need to apply to London. Well my divorce wadnin 1996 so.....err!! Eventually had somebody pick up the phone twice today only for them to out in straight back down. Disgusting service.
