Although I understand some review points that there might some very good staff and doctors here, it is by far true that is easier to win the lotto then get an appointment in time sadly..Also I had to change GP in the past as my first one very much useless, luckily got a nice one now..Well when I can manage to see him though. Guess is not entirely the practice faults as NHS is struggling way too much and everything is always delays, but they could try to do things better for sure.11/12/18 Have to say that after wasting weeks trying to see my GP or have a callback, and every time I call somebody tell you something different or a very annoying phrase as "Who told you that"...I have to agree with majority of other reviews that this place is pretty useless. Got more chance to win the lotto then see a doctor :(
Decent doctors and friendly support staff. Obviously some other reviewers have had some bad experiences, but I've been going there regularly for 6 years and never had an issue. Waiting rooms are a little small but this is the same for any small practice, and this is a doctors, so of course it's going to be full of sick people! Only gripe and reason for 4 stars is that for a regular appointment the wait is a minimum of 2 weeks, however if you have an emergency they do try to fit you in, plus they have a phone back service and a walk in option from 11am. They have 2 sites, the other being in Charminster on St Leonards Road, which also does a late night Thursday (amazing if you can't take time off work!).

Always had very good service from the practice using both sites. Receptionists have a lot to deal with and usually cope well with awkward people. Doctors are A1
Not good. Referrals taking ages after the appointment to even be made and some just forgotten about all together. Little interest in my wellbeing. Left up to them I'd be in a gutter somewhere.
