Incredible, the staff are amazing, Kate is a star. They handled my Fathers funeral professionally, with care and compassion, they were even able to honour his request that all guests should wear football scarfs, as all the pallbearers wore their colours with pride, it really made such a sad occasion very special. We cannot thank or praise Deric-Scott enough, if there was 10 stars they would have got all 10.
