Dear oh dear, what a useless job this lot did. I have bought and/or sold 9 properties, and on the other 8 occasions there were no problems encountered - then I used this firm. Not only did they fail to complete the conveyancing on the property I was buying, they then charged me in full for the pleasure. They 'discovered' problems late in the day and almost scuppered the purchase. It was only when I changed solicitors that my property purchase eventually went through smoothly. I have only given them one star because the site doesn't allow me to give them none. Needless to say, I won't be using them again.In answer to the response below, if your record-keeping is as poor as your service, I am not surprised you 'do not seem to have a record' of me as a client. I submitted a six-page letter of complaint to your office and it was whitewashed.
I have been using Coles Miller for various things for the past 6 years, most recently for organising lease extensions on a couple of flats in Bournemouth. Matt Lewis and his team as always did an excellent job on this for us, we were kept fully informed throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
