This place is in DESPERATE need of refurbishments. Threadbare carpeting throughout the lobby and stairwell areas, stained carpeting in the room, grubby walls, extremely outdated and worn furniture, very stained upholstery (to the point that we didn't even want to touch the sofa and armchairs in the room), windows that didn't quite shut completely... The room was huge and the sea views were nice, but with all the aforementioned issues, we were left very disappointed. Even the plates at breakfast were stained and heavily worn. The breakfast itself was average hotel fare, most of the staff seemed disinterested.I'm sure there's better options in the area.
We had a fantastic afternoon Tea for two. The sandwiches, cakes and scones were lovely. Great value for money would highly recommend this lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful without being over the top. Keep up the good work!
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with grandchildren we booked the family room but felt that this was a little small for myself husband and two grandchildren. We felt that the breakfast was a little rushed with the service and also some of the food was very cold and didn't look very appetising for the other service for the hotel was excellent booking In on a rifle was excellent and also leaving... check it out. the bar staff were very polite and excellent well stocked bar children were made to feel welcome.. car park facilities was very good on hand .also we found that there was space around the pool on our visits to the swimming pool.. I would recommend this hotel for families has the pool was a bonus.
Excellent place to get away for the weekend .very child friendly. Apartment very nice warm and spacious. But the only problem I found was getting into the bath and by holding the top of the bath rail it was full and covered in dust.
Truly classic hotel. Perfect for family with kids. Renovated 10 years ago so manage your expectations when it comes to the surface look and feel. Great breakfast and good beds. No air conditioning so rather hot summer evenings. 10 minute walk from the fantastic beach. Large outdoor and a small indoor pool.
