We had the privilege of working with The Cottonwood Boutique hotel whilst completing their annual tree maintenance works. Very professional to deal/work with and were extremely prompt upon invoice being sent. We look forward to working with the fab management of this great hotel again in the future.TTM
Excellent service. Could do with a bit of an update. Bedroom a bit too cool for us despite increasing thermostat to 5 or 6
kinda funky down stairs. Dont understand suits of armour in a weird lobby. Like many of these old hotels that try to market themselves as up market boutique hotel its only in the marketing. My room was old and very tired just like it came from faulty towers, seriously. Never say never, but extremely unlikely I will ever stay again. Staff were very nice and doing what they could with the paints and canvas they have to work with.
Lovely hotel, stayed in a sea view room, clean warm and a great view. Breakfast very pleasant. We had friends join us for dinner, great cocktails in the bar and all 4 meals where fantastic!!!! at a very reasonable price, if I could give the meal 6 stars I would. Would stay again in fact will stay again
It's a cute place with a beautiful view. The only downside is the floors. If you stay on the ground floor - prepare for some screeching floor action from the neighbours upstairs in the morning. It's very annoying when you try to get some sleep. Otherwise, it's a good place with a really nice selection of cocktails. Special thanks goes to the bartender. Good job, mate!
