Not very nice. Staff and food horrible. Chef appeared to be coughing over my food and then proudly fried the phlegm.
Noodle boxes are perfect for lunch or dinner and the delivery is always fast and accurate. Food warm and delicious!!
Food arrived over 1.5 hours later. I chased the shop three times, the first time I was told they would call me back once they found out where my order was and I received no call back. The other times I was told the driver left 10 mins ago I ordered at 6.30 called at 7.30, 7.45 and 8.00. The food arrived at 8.15. When the food arrived it looked like someone had just thrown everything into the bag as the sauces were both open and leaked every where. I complained and asked for a refund which was refused. Will not go back and will not recommend
Worst take away ever!!! Waited nearly 2 hours for our order. Called after an hour and was directed to a mobile number who asked what branch did we order from and advised us he would call back once he spoke with them. 15 minutes later no call back so called again, was advised the order left 10 minutes ago. Another 15 minutes later and still no delivery, called a THIRD TIME and was advised the food had just left and they had given us some freebies to say sorry. Eventually the food arrived with a bottle of fanta worth 1.00!!! Absolutely ridiculous and then to add insult to injury the sauces pots had opened and gone everywhere!!! Called to complain and was advised they can't offer a refund but they'll send out another sauce if we want!!! Don't bother with this useless take away, could get a faster delivery and better service out of a child. I would give 0 stars but unfortunately thats not an option, surprised they still have a business!! Complete joke!!
Fantastic service delivered within the hour of ordering. Food delicious, I ordered for 16 people, we now have 16 very full & happy people. definitely gonna be a regular work Friday lunchtime treat :)
