I love the place. I know you can get stuff over the internet but it just doesn't feel the same as going to your local flicks and getting a film. Nostalgia I guess. Plus you see something you haven't thought of and the staff can tell you what is good to watch.
As far as I am aware this is the only DVD/Blu-ray rental shop in Bournemouth..? For that, in itself, deserves 4 stars. I currently don't have the internet where I live (new-build) & was going through 10 GB of mobile data in a space of a few days. When I was reminded of Flicks I instantly went to visit & I was so pleased to find a whole host of films to rent. The latest films are 3.50 per night but if you rent two new releases then you get them for a total of only 5 & for two nights. All other movies are 1 for an entire week! They do have a good selection of Blu-ray movies but I would still love to see more. Their drinks/sweets selection is awesome & their customer service is always friendly/helpful as well. Long live Flicks!

Flicks Charminster is definitely the place to go!! Constantly keeping up to date with all the new films coming out. Cheaper than sky for renting films. Flicks is also a vaping shop. I buy my bits from there. Coils, tanks, batteries and liquid.The owner is a great person to talk to. Perfect customer services, and a friendly atmosphere!The store has also had some work done to it recently so go check it out.
Great selection of films from the newest to some of the classics. DVD blu ray and 3DEven got teal movie pop corn and American drinks. Well worth a visit.
