We have used Toby Fancy before for both internal and external work at our home in Southbourne. Always been very pleased and I have noticed that even a couple of the neighbours have now started to use Toby and his team.

We have reported it to google for now.The same review was left on another site which has been proven to be fake as this person left fake contact details.Someone has clearly made a fake account or asked a friend to leave a bad review so that we do not know who it is. Google are meant to be reviewing this to get it removed but they seem to be taking their time.We do not touch electrical work as listed in their review and also we do not have labourers as they have also listed.Only builders would have labourers, not a team of painters.We have been told by the other site it is most probably a competitor and they have this problem quite a lot.
Poorly organised job. Did not arrange a schedule, but rather turned up randomly to fit work in with other jobs, so it took weeks. Left work incomplete for days, including leaving live bare electrical wires exposed for an entire weekend. Helped themselves to apples from our garden, left mess behind, and did an all-round sub-standard job on the painting. For example, they simply painted over cracked brickwork without first filling, and only began painting the front door late in the afternoon, so it never dried properly. Labourers behaved as if the property was empty, coming and going as they pleased. There was no respect for our home or time. I couldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Toby truly is an honest tradesmen. He obviously knows his job inside and out and gave us great advice and guidance when decorating our home. Could not be happier with our lounge feature wall, and the feel of our bedroom now makes it even more difficult to get out of bed in the morning! We would happily recommend Toby and his team to our friends and family, and look forward to dealing with him again.
