Shocking prices for parking in the Summer, but more realistic charges out of season. Huge and excellent access to the cafe toilets and Head.
Lovely dog friendly place. Next to car park is a great cafe. The food is lovely.
Hengistbury Head is a beautiful place to visit. The car park is large but slightly expensive. "And good luck if you are paying by phone". Takes ages. Not straight forward. There is a small train that takes you to the end of the head. A short walk and you can see Mudeford quay Christchurch. The beach is stunning. You almost feel like you are abroad. The walk over the head is worth doing with great views. I love this place and look forward to getting back there soon. My only little negative is it can get very busy at times. But still worth it.
Love this place! Go every year in the summer. It's dog friendly which is perfect for us and has a lovely walk along the sea front! The view from the top of the cliffs is incredible - you're able to see the Isle of white. Also has the best chocolate ice cream!!
