Highly recommended! I had a very bad case of frozen shoulder, until I met Kevin. He has done magic with it and I already feel much better after only one session, it was absolutely unbelievable. The thing that I loved with Kevin is that he provides information about the injury which is really helpful to not do the same mistake again!
I had shoulder pain and restricted movement for months, I went to see Kevin and he identified the problem straight away, (which my doctor and NHS Physio had been unable to do) and after 1 session I had movement back and within a few weeks had no more pain and had almost complete mobility back. Now a few months down the line, and with regular visits to Kevin my shoulder is 100% again. I would highly recommend Body In Motion, and will definitely use them again myself in the future! :)
I've had treatments from Andre and Kevin and the service has been excellent. I was surprised at how effective a single sports massage was at relieving my back pain and am very positive about the physiotherapy I'm receiving for a sprained ankle. I will definitely use Body in Motion again and would recommend it to others.
