Dan provided first class advice with regard to the type of boiler that would best suit my family. Scott (the installer) was friendly, professional and completed the install to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend.
About to go to party on Saturday night and turned on shower to get only cold water. Called Joy Plumbing and was put through to after hours service. Answered promptly by Dan who talked me through how to fix pressure. Five minutes later and I had hot water. Impressed and wouldn't take payment.

Got home from work and my central heating wouldnt turn on so searched for plumbers near by and came across Joy Plumbing and gave them a call on there out of hours number and got through to Dan who was very helpful and polite. Talked me through how to resolve the issue over the phone (it was a problem with the water pressure) and he had it up and working again in a matter and minutes and wouldnt take any money for it. Couldnt fault the service and Dan was brilliant thanks for sorting it for me
