We booked this online. All very nice and tidy. Breakfast was good (full English) Bed was comfy and warmSpanish staff working there were excelent. No problems in recommending this Hotel.
The staff at hotel are lovely the breakfast is great but the rooms are very dated. Old fashioned and not very clean. The dust was so thick on the wardrobe and picture frames you would Think it had never been cleaned. I would not stay here again.
Went for a firms Xmas do. Food was excellent as was the service. Beer prices good for Bournemouth. Recommended. .
Attended the casino Christmas meal event. Service for food was quick. At times there was only one staff member serving at the bar which made it slow. Food overall was good. Car park was full so parked on the road but it's free after 5pm.
The staff were 120 percent wonderful and went beyond the call of duty. Since all the staff were amazing, this points to an amazing manager. The swimming pool was great, there was also a lovely Jacuzzi and steam room, which I enjoyed immensely. I gave short of 5 stars due to the need of the planned refurbishment. Highly recommend in any case. Very pleasant holiday break.
