Bought a cheaper ukelele from this company after reading good reviews. Arrived really quickly and safely packaged and looked great. One of the main reasons I wanted to buy from a shop instead of buying from amazon was down to the instrument being set up well. This was sadly not the case, nut was terrible with little pieces of plastic peeling off in the string slots.The uke wouldnt stay in tune and playing sharp down to nut issue. Fretboard also very dry and needing oiled but not a major issue. Im in a position that I have knowledge enough to fix these issues but I had hoped to avoid them. Perhaps the company should look at quality control more closely.27/12/18 Ross the manager got in contact with me and was very helpful and apologetic . Refunded me money off my purchase. Something Im sure larger stores wouldnt do. Fantastic customer service.Many thanks
