I prefer not to rate 1 star but it's needed to post this.The women in here have no concept of customer service, they should not be allowed to work in an environment like a bakery. Especially the women with glasses
Asked for a hot chocolate and the woman sighed at me like I was a child and told me that the drinks section was closed, which i or anyone who had gone there for the first time would never even have known. Her tone was very rude and patronising and it just wasn't needed. Doesn't cost anything to be polite.
Very rude!! Staff asked my wife and I what we wanted. I asked for the apple pie and she replied "what?" And a bad facial attitude to go with it. She then throws a paper bag of a bun I asked for that nearly fell over the counter if I had not saved it. She then said to me angrily you need to shout! I said I won't shout and there was no noise in the room other than some gentlemen who was behind me talking to another colleague of hers. The women who served me was extremely rude, flustered, hot headed and the stare she gave me and my wife was disgusting. The woman who served us has reseeding hair on top of her head for those that wish to know. This is the store in Winton
