Had cluster lashes done here for only 10 pounds lasted over Christmas and I was really pleased with my eye brow wax and tint.very friendly salon with good prices.

When Brilliance first opened, they were good and I recorded that fact. However, it is very apparent that basic time management is letting them down now. Appointments don't start on time, they don't finish on time and as I experienced this morning, appointments get forgotten all together! So I don't know when to turn up or whether my appointment is even in their diary! As a customer, I need to know that if I have booked an appointment, that appointment will be honored - without this basic level of service, I am sorry to say (no matter how good a therapist is) the appointment system is not fit for purpose! I trust this is a learning curve and the customers needs will be met in the future.
