Absolutely love Jo; not only is she thorough and professional when tending to my waxing, she is extremely personable too. I always arrive to my appointment a little anxious about the pain but never fail to leave smiling. I wouldnt want anyone else carrying out such an intimate treatment which is why I've not gone anywhere else in the last ten years.
I have only been here to get my eyebrows done a few times but I am always super happy with the results. Ruby listens to what you want and does it perfectly. Very easy to chat too during the treatment. Even though I only go every so often she always remembers me.
I just had my first session at Hi-Therapies today and I will definitely come back for more sessions in the future. I am so happy to have found them! Receptionist was really nice and polite. Firstly checked with me what I would like to do for the session, any allergies, etc. The room where the therapy is done has a lovely and smell. Joanne, the therapist, was absolutely fantastic. Really communicative to check if I was comfortable, if pressure was okay and so on. The session was 10/10. Joanne is amazing! I even got the oil because it smelt so good! Thank you very very much!

Hi Therapies are always very professional and every appointment has been a lovely experience whether it be waxing, facials, eyebrows or massage.The therapists are all really lovely and friendly and do an excellent job. I highly recommend a visit.
