Ridiculous!!! Lack of knowledge and in a serious need to understand what customer service is. I reserved a car for an important reason, and one hour before my trip starts they rung me and they say to me that they cannot use my debit card. To be fair the gentleman that I spoke with, he seemed lost in another space and time. The gentleman that I spoke with from the call center he assured me that I can have the car and use my debit card and all they need is proof of address and my debit card to have 200 pounds. Nonetheless they dare to cancel my trip the last hour. That's not a right way to doing things.
I spent 3 days in and around Bournemouth, thus renting a car was a necessity. At Enterprise Bournemouth Charlie and Csaba took care of us. We were excellently informed and very warm welcomed! The pick-up service also worked great! Thank you very much for your kind and professional service!
Hello everyone. I rented a car from Enterprise and was everything brilliant, the car, the staff, etc.However last week a received a notification from Violations Department saying I had a fine to pay. I sent the email back nobody answered. The email said I had to pay 35 pounds (fee from Enterprise) and go to Dorset Police to pay the fine. I was there for about 2,5 hours until having a long chat with the policeman. They said "there no fine to pay and we can not find the car in the system. This is probably a scam." I was choked. He tried contact enterprise but nobody replied. This Monday I contacted enterprise and I did not have any apologies from the manager as the customer service said I will have in the afternoon. Also, I dont know if my 35 pounds were debit by my account. Did not check at all. This is my experience with Enterprise. Thank you
