All very staff are very friendly, open welcome from the receptionist. English speaking dentists who are very helpful and informative.
SO happy with the service. new refurb meant i had a new dentist who was lovely and been told theyre getting new dentist which will help me get an appointment sooner. things are looking up. plus love the colour scheme
In pain with tooth abscess emergency appointment. 5 days on in same pain. Dentist pretended not to know of other medication save for amoxicillin dispite my saying that amoxicillin didnt help me the last time. Amoxicillin is still the first-line drug of choice but with 34% of Prevotella species resistant to amoxicillin, the alternatives of amoxicillin/clavulanate, clindamycin, and metronidazole need to be considered.4 Jan 2018Thanks for a week of hell while the abscess spreads to cause other complications. Patient is scum and dentist knows best. Wounder if the size or your purse would make a difference?
Very very poor customer service, I would not recommend this place to anyone, receptionists are totally out of there depth in a very shallow pool, dentist has no manners cant even acknowledge a child with a grin, no x-ray machine you will be asked to go to a hospital to get an x-ray, manager doesnt know how to react to a complaint, this clinic should be investigated and closed. Wife and daughter both leaving as well.
Impossible to get an appointment at this place. Perhaps you need to teach you staff how to answer the phone? Or at least get an answer phone so that I can leave a message for you to call me back.
