Called for an emergency appointment first thing and was given a time today, then called a couple of hours before and told as i have not had a appointment at the practice for nearly 2 Years I have to see them privately for 75 and can keep same appointment. Otherwise next appointment is 2 weeks! I can now see why this practice has one of the lowest ratings across the Bournemouth Area. This is after my Wife being told last month that a previous dentist had carried out a Root canal incorrectly which now needs to be redone. Warning do not walk through their doors, find another practice.
Sad experience over there.Very Badly toothache after treatments, severe pain, and no emergency and effort to try help me fix the problem as the Dentist was on Holliday .Thats not how a patient has to be treated , specially paying good money. Dont indicate to anyone , im sorry .
went through nhsline to get emergency appointment. should be 21 pounds. try 75.00.... had a filling drilled out, then told only getting temporary fix. 800 pounds root canal work i was told. try band 2 nhs of 58 pounds. i work hard but dont have 800 pounds spare. they must drive away in their porsches snorting with smugness.
I had an appointment they said I need to visit a hospital and need to do few things charged me joining fee. But another dentist that I have visited fixed tooth with no problem. Really didn't like this place and a service was bad. Maybe I got to the wrong person I can't say anything about the rest.
I am so pleased with my visit to this dentist. The reception team are lovely and always welcomed me with a smile. The dentist and her nurse are very good explaining and keep you at ease. You really feel you are being catered for. Couldn't fault it. Thank you to all the team.
