Terrible customer service skills from all staff. Had no idea what they were doing or what stock they had.
Excellent service for a change, ordered on the phone and it was there waiting for me. No queuing
Now 2 parcels have got lost, with a multitude of contradictory stories from the Argos staff at this store. Perhaps their superiors should teach these Bournemouth Argos employees how to use a keyboard and the delivery system so goods that have been paid for beforehand can be picked up at this store as they're supposed to be instead of the parcels going missing due to staff errors, which these staff excel at!. Pathetic. Unbelievable goings-on, and the CEO and his minions written to can't even explain what happened as they're lied to so much and to do precisely nothing! Beware using Argos collect, especially using Ebay! These characters are a liability. Or prove me wrong!
Okay store, if they actually have what you want in stock. Better service at the Castlepoint branch, higher stock levels, especially of larger items, free parking. This store's convenient if you're in town anyway I suppose.
Being a kind of novice Argos person I've not really had good experiences here even when they're not very busy not very helpful have been to the Christchurch one they were much more helpful there but if he know what you're getting gives you what it says on the can good prices
