Love their products. Good prices, found items cheaper here than in other stores. Friendly and helpful staff.
Good variety of items and prices however God forbid you should order anything with because I guarantee you it'll be late. Staff are friendly enough but come across poorly trained and they all still operate on a paper based system meaning orders are forgotten about or lost. Would not recommend buying furniture here not for lack of quality but for timely delivery
Good place. You can find some good bargains when you look properly. Improvements are needed as some staff lack communication and when applying for a job don't ignore people Photo below is what i bought for under 15.00
Misleading prices and poor customer care, if your reading this make sure you check all product codes and small print on displayed priced and items. To be honest I don't often complain and I was stressed out enough from shopping but thought I would write this review so others don't get caught out, we were refunded but its not the point we picked up only 2 products and both were displayed under different ticket prices and we almost ended up paying double what we thought it was going to be, so just be careful when buying from the Poole branch and make sure you check all price labels before buying!
Great great place with masses of stock of all kinds.. All subject matter has good variety so you are not limited in choices. Great staff team, clean place and including the facilities. Bit of a shock to see all the Christmas Dec's out already though.. Vast furniture range, cafe and Costa Coffee on the upper floor. Ample free parking. Had a decent browse even though they didn't sell what I needed
