We had a problem with our 60 inch plasma 3D smart tv where the screen went blank and couldn't be recovered. Everyone we spoke to could or wouldn't deal with a TV this size except M&G who were out the same day and had it working quickly providing a part with a warranty. Excellent service, friendly and helpful who even loaned us a 50 inch TV till our part arrived. We would be happy to use again and definitely recommend this company.
Customer service skills are non existent and attitude is disgraceful. My flatscreen TV had no sound, picture was perfect. Advised would call me the following day to let me know what was wrong. No call received that day or the day after, called on the 2nd day 5pm was told that he couldn't repair that it was too expensive about 70. Was not allowed pick it up but was told that he closes at 5.30pm (he works from home), only lives 15 mins away but he refused and wasn't pleasant to talk to. Called the following day 4pm to say I would be 30 mins but he said he wouldn't be there even though I had called on his landline. Asked when I could collect it he became abusive telling me he wasn't going to work 24 hours, (I hadn't asked him to), and told me he would "leave my piece of crap under his caravan". Went over to pick up my TV, it was under his caravan. The remote he returned was not the one I took and does not work the TV, still have no idea what was wrong. AVOID AT ALL COST, WOULD NOT RECOMEND.
