My tablet would not switch on. I took the tablet to the Bournemouth Samsung Centre , expecting it to be beyond repair . The very helpful assistant, Adrian, took it out the back for a power check. Some minutes later he returned with it fully working. Thanks to Lyle who repaired it. Superb service. Thank you Adrian and Lyle.

You clearly took the time to explain and empathise with us and we are so grateful for the way you assisted us at the weekend. Wow, fantastic service! Barrie you are amazing!!! Thank you thank you thank you! You made my life a lot easier today than it might have been. I brought my S9 phone in with a smashed screen and advised of the price and that if they need a part they may take up to three days to repair. I was told to back up everything because they have to wipe it for data protection, fair enough, thanks for letting me know. Then I left my phone and was told they might be able to get it done today. I went for a coffee, watching the fantastic repair tracking system online, I saw the repair had been started, and then completed less than an hour after I had dropped it off! Wow, thanks Barrie for your hard work and efficiency and thanks to all the staff for your helpful polite and friendly service. Very impressed!
