Jeff and the team are great. Any level welcome. While in Bournemouth I have attended classes of BJJ. As a National Judo Medalist I was quick to learn so much I already hadn't seen and didn't know. This gym improves your fitness and performance and you are surrounded by talent.

Best martial arts gym Ive ever been to. Great attitude towards beginners and great value for money. Loved doing classes with Jeff while I went to uni. Shame that now Ive moved away from Bournemouth I cant find anywhere near as good!
Decided with a training partner to visit Ippon on an early morning session. Fantastic set up with everyone approachable and friendly. Overseen by instructor to ensure understanding of taught technics. Finished rolling with others attending. Well worth the 120 mile round trip and looking forward to the next opportunity to visit.
