I love my gym because when I am in there I am feeling like in home. We have everything that we need to improve, the staff it's friendly. It's a good place to make a friends. We have application online to reserve class. We have interesting activities and it's 24 hours. I love it.
If youre a cardio user and plan to use the gym between 5-7pm, dont bother trying to listen to music. 2 classes either side try to outdo the volume of each other through god-awful workout tracks, leaving you with a headache...
Fabulous gym great staff who are very approachable clean tidy great showers and heaps of equipment and classes available.
Very cheap you get what you pay for. Only down side is that it always seems to be busy, but thats what you get for a 24hr gym. Good selection of weights & machines. Always seems to be pretty clean. Personally I prefer more hardcore/rustic gyms.Edit: There is no free parking if you go during the day. If you go later in the evening youll have more chance of getting a free parking space.
