The young lady that helped us coming out to measure and talk through kitchens was extremely impressive and helpful. And we experienced 4 companies people do the similar job. She was by far the most positive, proactive and great people skills. Unfortunately it was the limited collection of worktops to choose from, no combined boiling tap / kitchen water tap product like other places had that made us not choose howdens in the end.
