Me and my partner had come into the store hoping to pick up a brochure, walk round the displays and leave. However Hannah had approached us and talked about our choices and even gave insightful and expert knowledge on under floor heating, which we weren't even considering but after learning about how easy and cheap it is in the long run, definitely upping our budget. Also wasn't even aware grout came in pink and blue. Will also be looking out for Hannah for all future help! Simply great customer service.

Really impressed with Jordan and his colleagues at the Bournemouth branch of Topps Tiles. We originally bought tiles from the Poole store, but ended up needing a few more than we first realised, and they didn't have any more in when we contacted them. They suggested we contact Bournemouth instead. I spoke to Jordan on the phone, and he said whilst he was happy to put some tiles aside for us, he recommended we come in first as he suspected they were in fact very different in colour. This turned out to be the case, but Jordan calmly advised there were several stores around the country with supplies, as well as some in HO warehouse, so he was confident he could track down what we needed. He promised to keep in touch and in fact rang within a couple of hours to say he had found them for us. He advised they would be at the store within a couple of weeks and we would be contacted when they arrived; all of which happened exactly as promised. So a huge thank you for going above and beyond - you have made us extremely happy customers and we know where to go when we need tiles in the future. Thank you! PS Hopefully your colleagues saved you some of the chocolates we brought in to say thanks.
