The machine clock on the 5 floor is 5 minutes behind the one on the ground floor. I checked both against my mobile phone and the ground floor machine showed an identical time to my phone.Caution with these clocks as 5 minutes could get you a fine. I put my money in at 1 minute past 2.00 and was surprised that it expired before 6.00 so I double checked.
This carpark resulted in a stressful start to our evening. Having looked elsewhere to park, we resorted to parking here and were shocked at the cost. We then discovered we could not pay with card at the machine or notes. I've just read that there are card machines on others floors but there was no notice visible to say this. After trying to download the app unsuccessfully, we rustled up 5.90 and a kind lady gave us 10p. We missed 15 minutes of a 50 show. Not impressed and will avoid parking here again at all costs. It's about time the machines at least were brought up to date.
