We went for Christmas afternoon tea and it was lovely. The food was excellent, the scones were especially nice and the restaurant and hotel itself were really nice. Would definitely recommend this for afternoon tea and a glass of wine.
Stunning restaurant located in the Greenhouse on the East Cliff. Our daughter was staying for one night and said it was beautiful and we should go for lunch which we did.Food was exceptional. We all started with a Gazpacho served with Cucumber Sorbet which was mmmmmm. Then my daughter had a Vegan dish, I had a Beef Burger in a brioche bun with very fat chips and my husband had some with vegetables. My daughter and I shared a Vegan dessert of Buckwheat Sponge and Sorbet. We finished with coffees. It wasn't cheap (20 for 2 courses) but lovely ambience and really helpful staff.
Very nice restaurant, staff very welcoming on arrival, good selection of drinks in the bar before being seated. Great selection on the menu, the food was brilliant. My wife had the gazpacho with cucumber sorbet, which was amazing (apparently I was not allowed to try it!), all the other food was all very good.
