Certainly, a wide range of pleasant tastes and tantalising flavours, multiple dishes served up in an exemplary way and most enjoyable in terms of the wide spectrum of culinary delights provided. My own reservation is that whilst a very good experience, overall the dinner lacks a solid and substantial main course at its centre that would distinguish itself from its predecessors and successors and give the necessary foundation to the digestive system (needed by at least some diners over 30 and under 65) and without which risks over stimulating the palate.
