Been dealing with the guys at Canford self storage for year now and find them experts in their field and very professional
Awful place built out of wallpaper tables. The manager very unhelpful and processed a card payment without authorisation. Woman in office very nice. I wouldn't store anything of any value there.
We used these guys for a couple of weeks. The place is good, and the people nice, but their accounts department is a complete shambles! We filled in all the correct forms and paid in advance, but they ended up charging us twice, having to issue a refund, losing our checkout forms and generally having terrible administration. I think it's a real shame as the team onsite are so lovely and helpful. Systems definitely need to be improved!
hired a container for nearly 2 years, container next ours has go karts in it and the smell of petrol has tainted all our belongings.... Canford have done nothing to prevent this for over 6 months, and is a breach of contract as clearly states no flammable fuels to be stored in container.... obviously your contracts mean nothing and customer service is terrible.
