Words cannot express my appreciation for Cody at Safestore. First, prior to my arrival, he assisted me in contacting the Removal Co. who were 90 minutes late. He was polite and courteous in his interactions at all times. Then due to an unfortunate situation with the Removal Co. (they literally left my personal belongings in front of the building then drove away after arriving 90 minutes late) Cody then proceeded to contact the company to state that such service was unacceptable. Cody was so kind and has no idea how he eased my ill feeling about the fiasco with the Removal Co. Once my family and I arranged our items in the storage unit, Cody reassured us of alarm process and then followed up with an email confirming all the details.
