2nd day of waiting on the phone for someone to answer 20 mins yesterday and promised someone would call back and today 38 mins and still waiting.....
Engineer arrived on time on what was one of the hottest days of this year, he worked on our washing machine which was in a small utility room for a lengthy time and completed his task. We were very grateful to him as it was a difficult repair to do. Would not hesitate to recommend him.
I must say I have received splendid service from home appliance guard. A guy from Hotpoint came to check out my dishwasher, which sadly was not repairable. Received a phone call the next day and all was sorted. I have most of my home appliances insured and also my sons xbox. I would certainly recommend to my friends and family
Have been with HAG for a few years now and I'm totally bowled over by their service. I recently had need for a defective water dispenser to be replaced on my Beko fridge fridge freezer. I made the call, a few days later an engineer arrived. After checking the fault, he advised the part would need to be ordered and would take a week. One week later, he returned and replaced the item. Not the first time I have had to call on HAG, but as always, the service I received went beyond excellent and I would readily suggest to anyone to make use of HAG. However, be aware that you only deal with Home Appliance Guard and not other companies calling themselves Home Appliance. HAG are the real deal,
I am extremely impressed with the service I received from start to finish of this process!My washing machine was deemed unsuitable for repair(it was 19 years old & had been repaired a number of times by Home Appliance Guard!)I was offered a choice of a new washing machine,2 upgrades for a small payment,cash or vouchers towards a new washing machine!I chose the one I wanted & was told I would receive it in up to 5 days which I did.I have no hesitation in recommending Home Appliance Guard to anyone-their service is extremely efficient & their staff are very friendly & helpful
