Lovely office and staff
unfortunately can't leave 0 stars.. Despite the description of my previous claims, they decided not to quote me (another Insurance Company ruled by computers instead of using some plain common sense). Looks like I dodged a bullet anyway!!
STAY AWAY - took out a new policy with this company , after being out of the country for a while I returned to a letter telling me that my policy had been cancelled due to incorrect documentation, after uploading proof of my no claims , I was told it wasnt relevant because it was for a car with a different registration ??? No phone call to follow up , one email that I didnt get to see until I returned, car sat on my drive uninsured for nearly two weeks !! Disgusting customer service , I was told well you should of logged on you your online portal and regularly checked for online letters !!! All I wanted was hassle free insurance not somewhere Id need to check online for regular correspondence......... do not use this company unless your sat reading your emails 24/7
Cancelled policy whilst on holiday,no communication received..pulled over and stopped by police un-insured.My experience was poor and now I have a serious penalty and my car impounded,despite this I had still paid up to date,I seriously question reasons for cancelling abruptly and would advise anybody with a policy to proceed with absolute caution.
Rip off company that doesn't warn you that your insurance is going to be cancelled and then keep your money for 72 hours. AVOID
