Excellent and professional service, with ease I booked an appointment late afternoon and the engineer came early the following day, was very polite and got job done rapidly. Highly recomended.
When I moved to this company from my old home emergency company, I was promised they were the best at what they do and they would look after my properties and I would have peace of mind I was wrong! They sold me multiple policies and promised the policies would cover me within the event of X Y Z they lied! They miss sold these policies; they do not have the ability to investigate a complaint, as one part of the business cannot communicate with the other successfully. They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I would save your money and go to Home Serve or another company that is worth your hard earned money.
Avoid this company. Not afraid of sharp practice. Read the reviews. They are very quick to take peoples money but then offer a poor service.
Recently changed to this company for a better cover and less money. Had the boiler serviced and tbe engineer was very polite and efficient. Would recommend anyone to them. They also covered 2 appliances and came out and sorted it out..
I have tried to call you (no joke) about 10 times are you refuse to pick up. I have even tired calling the EMERGENCY CLAIMS line and no one picks up!!!!! What are you supposed to do for a real emergency. British gas responses immediately.... Also in the past you refused to send an engineer over so i had to contact British gas who assisted. This is terrible service. How can i cancel my membership and get a refund for the poor service I have received.
