Great customer service. Bought 2 charms and advisor noticed a stone missing from my safety chain, she immediately swapped for a new one.
Racist rude staff, disgusted and disappointed . Went to this store boxing day to exchange a faulty gift and the manager (Rose) was absolutely rude and ignorant.. She was trying to blame me for a faulty item that was gifted on chrismas day never had a chance to even wear it.. Was due to poor manufacturing. She didn't even want to help or try to sort anything out . She was keep saying we will not be selling a faulty item.. At the end had to take it to Southampton store who kindly exchanged the item for me and agreed that it was a faulty item.These people need to be trained well by the company who employ them otherwise they will lose customers. I have been telling all my friends and family so they never go there.
Went in to store to purchase necklace and bead for wife this should have meant that I would have been entitled for a Christmas tree ornament only to be told at the end after I had paif that they didn't have any not told this when I first went in.Do not advertise what you can supply, wife very disappointed. Order on line stay away from stores as useless

I came into the store with my partner 2 weeks ago, looking for a particular bracelet in a particular size. I was greeted by sales assistant Shahrzad, who told me that this was in stock. I told her if it was definitely the size 18 that I knew I needed, I would take it without trying it on, as the store was extremely busy. She assured me more than once that this bracelet was definitely the size 18, so we bought it. However she was wrong, it was a 20, and so far too big for me. Absolutely not impressed with this whatsoever.
