A bit over priced, but I did a discount because they forgot to take the 20% sign down and they had put the wrong price on it, but when I checked online I found on even cheaper, so in actual fact they are bloody crooked, very bad.
Absolutely disappointed!!!! Very very poor repair service, never recommended to anyone. I had my gold ring in 4 weeks time and had not been repaired properly and charged 65 for it.

My fianc and I similarly had an issue with our engagement ring purchased in April last year. In short it proved on inspection by another reputable jeweller, not to be the true specification as the (son of) the owner described. However, we persevered and were eventually offered a credit note for the whole amount. This does mean we will be obliged to order our wedding rings from them, but hopefully these will be as described...
