NO REFUNDS ! AVOID this shop! They do not refund unwanted items! Bought a silver and diamond heart necklace. Not wanted so tried to return the item...They denied me a refund ! saying it was their policy NOT TO REFUND...only exchange unwanted items.Where is the Christmas spirit in this shop ? SCROOGE SHOPI will take this to trading standards and court if necessary.... BE WARNED SHOPPERS
