Customer service is not this estate agents strong point. I often found myself chasing them for things to get done. I have reduced this to 1 star as they have also sent my details to third parties and I am being called and emailed by the third parties now. They also submitted my details wrong to the deposit tenancy scheme and are unable to operate in a way that puts customers first. Ultimately costing me 200 quid unnecessarily.
