no hot water this morning :-( , got to work, went through the online reporter they have. by 09:00 landlord had been informed and an email from the agent to tell me its all in hand. I'm so glad I'm with these agents. Excellent service!!
LANDLORDS BEWARE: the new letting management team at M&C will not call you back, answer your emails or action your requests. Dont waste your money on them. Find a better agent to that will do the job you are paying them to do. I would have rated them 0 stars if I could. IGNORE THE VITRIOLIC RESPONSE ABOUT ME NOT BEING A LANDLORD - IT IS SIMPLY THEIR REFUSAL TO ACCEPT ANY CRITICISM OF BAD SERVICE. WHAT A POOR ATTUTUDE. NOT A LACK OF APOLOGY OR ANY SENCE OF RESPONSIBILITY.
We couldnt fault them! Phillip and the team that work here have been brilliant! We viewed a property 2 weeks ago and we have already got the keys! We are relocating and Richard has been assisting us with securing the property! The whole team have been extremely helpful with answering our questions and guiding us through this process! We would definitely be returning for a future move.
In nearly 9 years of privately renting in Bournemouth Ive never felt so safe in trusting Martin & Co Bournemouth team. I had my first experience with the office briefly in 2012 and again in 2016. Each member of the team will always help with anything, regardless of the individuals role - Ive always been treated with such respect, all very helpful, personable and with a touch of humour. When needing to report any issues with my property, always been such a rapid response and excellent communication to keep me informed every step of the way. Ive not had all of the qualities you require from a letting agent in any others except these guys - and Ive moved around a lot. To feel safe in how your property is being managed and safeguarded that youre not being exploited through an agent or private lettings is rare but you can feel totally at ease with these. At the beginning careful explanation given to go through the important documents to ensure fully informed and understanding the fees etc (which are so reasonable compared to most other agents in the area..) and I wouldnt recommend any others than this agent and team. You all do an amazing job and thank you for making it so easy to be a relaxed tenant.
